The episode starts with Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein with Shavi’s grandmother. Where she is asking Shavi about the boy, if there is a boy in your life and he likes you, then tell me.

Then Shavi’s Harni Tayi says to Dadi, what are you saying? If she is saying that if anything like this had happened, she would have told us, and then ended the matter. Don’t ask so many questions to Shavi.

Just then in the hospital, Isha Bosle comes to the hospital to see Akka Sahib and asks him about his condition. Akka Sahib says that I am alive, I am not dead yet.
