The episode of Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein starts with Reeva Chaudhary serving food in the hospital. Nishi says that I don’t like eating outside. Reeva says I know you don’t like sunflower oil. That’s why I have brought a salad for you. After this Reeva serves food to Asmita and Shikha.

Nishi says how good she is, she knows my likes and dislikes even today. Rewa then serves khichdi to Durva. Durva throws a tantrum and says she can’t eat spicy khichdi and shouts at Reeva. Ishaan is watching all this and he comes to Durva and scolds her and says that he scolds you for being irresponsible, talking with your friends and when Reeva is following her responsibility, he is scolding her. Is criticizing. Riva says she got a salad for Durva and gave her the wrong packet instead. She thinks that Ishaan is favoring her for the first time after her return.

Savi is sitting at the dinner table for lunch. She calls Harini to come down and have food. Harini gets a call from Kiran who threatens her to withdraw her complaint against him. She refuses. The doorbell rings. He asks her to open the door as he is standing at the door. She gets nervous. Savi asks her why she is not opening the door and opens the door herself. He sees someone’s shadow.

Two hospital staff dressed as Santa Claus try to sell gifts to Reeva as a charity to raise money for the children’s ward at the hospital. Ishaan hears this and buys all the gifts asking to share them among themselves, and chooses a green pen. He gifts that pen to Reeva. Reeva asks if he still remembers that he likes to write with a green pen. He says when she is taking care of his family’s needs and knows their priorities then why wouldn’t he remember her choices?

Riva says Durva’s reaction is obvious as no sister would want her brother to be the girl who abandoned her brother. Ishaan says whatever happens, Durva has no right to insult him and apologizes to her. Reeva jokingly says that the director of Bhosale Institute is apologizing to her. Ishaan says that Durva insulted him even after knowing what Reeva did for Surekha and her family. Reeva says that she did not do any favors as she knows what Surekha means to her and still, if he wants her to leave then she will. He holds her hand and asks her not to go. Surekha notices them and thinks that Rewa not only saved her life but also took care of the family, especially Ishaan.

Savi sees a man and asks who is he. The man runs away and Savi chases him. His watch falls. He runs away on his bike without picking up his watch. Savi picks up the watch and thinks that he is so scared of getting caught that he has left the watch.

Harini asks Kiran why she lied. Kiran laughingly says that he is still in Pune jail but soon he will come out of jail and will punish her and her sister. He threatens her to withdraw the complaint if she wants him to spare her and her sister. Savi thinks if Kiran is in jail then whom did Savi run after? Isha goes to the hospital with Laddus for Surekha and asks Asmita if she can meet her. Asmita hesitates, fearing Surekha’s hatred towards Isha. Shantanu says he will ask Surekha if she wants to meet Isha.

Vinayak asks who was ringing the bell so late. Savi returned. Harini asks who is at the door. Savi says a man ran away leaving his watch. Harini thinks she can’t tell Savi about Kiran’s call and ruin her happiness. Shantanu tells Surekha and Yashwant that Isha has come to meet Surekha. Yashwant yells at him and asks him to send Isha back. Surekha stops Shantanu and asks him to send Isha inside.

Yashwant tells her not to do this otherwise her BP will increase. Surekha insists. Yashwant asks what is she doing. Vinayak finds a gift at the door. Saavi opens it and finds a jewelry box full of bridal jewelry in it. Vinayak says that someone had earlier sent a bride’s gift with the message that he would continue sending her gifts. Harini checks and says it is a real gold necklace. In this, he received a chit in which it was written that he would continue sending her gifts until she married him.

Bhavani asks if she doesn’t know who this boy is. Savi says she doesn’t know. Bhavani says someone knows that she is in Ramtek on holiday and is sending her a gift. Savi says he already told him. Bhavani says if there is someone in her life then he should be clear.
